Support Services

Getting Support for your InControl Software Products

We offer telephone or email support for all of our applications.

Support is provided to subscription customers, customers with pre-purchased phone support plans and customers' that are within the implementation process. If you are a time and materials customer, you will need to purchase a phone support plan to receive support for our products.

Support services are offered:
Monday - Friday
9:00AM - 5:00PM Pacific Time Zone
Holidays are excluded

To receive product support, you must fill out a Support Request form.

If you have purchased our installation services, our installation price includes 30 days of phone support from the date of installation (Mon-Fri 9AM- 5PM Pacific Time, holidays excluded), 11 months of email support thereafter. Support is provided through our knowledgebase and email. We have a 24 to 48 hour response time to email support requests.
