Getting Support for your InControl Solutions Products
Support Info
Support is provided to all subscription customers, customers with pre-purchased phone support plans. If you are a time and materials customer, you will need to purchase a phone support plan to receive support for our products.
Basic/Starter
Basic/Start is email support only. Phone calls and remote sessions are billed separately. Response time is within 24 hours after notification, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5pm Pacific Time.
Holidays are excluded.
Standard Support
Standard includes email support as the primary method of support and phone support. Response time is within 24 hours after notification, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5pm Pacific Time.
Holidays are excluded.
Premium Support
Premium includes email support, phone support and same day response time. Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5pm Pacific Time.
Holidays are excluded.
