Billing and Installation

Incontrol Solutions Inc. offers a free 30-day trial on all of our applications. We do not bill our customers until the app is successfully installed and working as expected.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at support@incontrolpos.com. Your cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will retain access to the product(s) until the end of your current billing term, whether monthly or annually. After the term concludes, your access to the product(s) will be discontinued.

Refund Policy

Please note that we do not provide refunds for subscription-based products. All sales are final after the initial trial period, and we recommend utilizing the trial period to ensure the product meets your needs.
