Support Services
Getting Support for your InControl Software Products
We offer telephone or email support for all of our applications.
Email support is provided for end users with an annual support agreement. Phone
support services are provided at $150 per hour. $75 minimum charge on all phone
support requests.
Support services are offered:
Monday - Friday
9:00AM - 5:00PM Pacific Time Zone
Holidays are excluded
To receive product support, you must fill out a Support Request form.

If you have purchased our installation services, our installation price includes
30 days of phone support from the date of installation (Mon-Fri 9AM- 5PM Pacific
Time, holidays excluded), 11 months of email support thereafter. Updates & Support
Annual License/Updates $150 per year, per module purchased. Support is provided
through our knowledgebase and email. We have a 24 to 48 hour response time to email
support requests.
Support Policies
- Support is provided Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (holidays excluded)
- Response time is 24 - 48 hours.
- Customers with service agreements are handled first, T&M customers will receive
support after service agreement customers.
- Support is NOT provided to customers with past due accounts. Accounts must be current.
- COD customers must prepay support fees before support is provided. An invoice will
be provided and your payment received BEFORE we will respond to your support request.
- All phone support is billed at $150 per hour with a $75 minimum fee.
Reinstallation of Software
- Fill out a request for support
- Our schedule can be up to 5 business days out. If you have replaced a back office
PC. The sooner you contact us the sooner it can get reinstalled.
- Make sure you have a back up copy of the applications configuration files. T&M rates
apply on reinstallation.
- You may have to do your payroll manually if our schedule is booked and you have
payroll this week. Plan ahead.
