iPOS Re installation Policies

We provide re-installation support services if you need to reinstall your iPOS software application. We strongly advise you to keep a current backup of your iPOS configuration files as we do not maintain any client config data. Not having a backup will increase your re-installation costs.

  • You must have a pre-purchased phone support plan for any iPOS re-installation requests review our Phone Support Plans
  • Typically we are 1 week out on our schedule for reinstalling
  • Use our Support Request form to request a re-installation day/time (note we're Pacific Time Zone - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mon - Fri, holidays excluded)

  • Urgent Requests (within 24 hours Mon -Fri 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time) can be accommodated if you have purchased a Priority Support Plan
  • InControl Software does not maintain backups of your iPOS Payroll configuration
  • Do not wait until the payroll is due to request urgent re-installation services. It's possible that our schedule won't allow you to make the deadline and you will input a manual payroll
  • All time for re-installation is charged against your phone support plan
